The ELA-goal is to provide a link and an open forum for any individual or society concerned with logistics within Europe and to serve industry and trade.

ELA formulates European Logistics Education Standards and encourages the acceptance of these standards in each member nation a Vocational Qualifications procedure is established to enable the standards to be accepted on a pan-European basis.
