:: The Logistics Europe Value Chain survey ::
Participate now in the Logistics Europe Value Chain survey.
Supported by ELA and its Member Associations and in cooperation with IBM.
- The European Logistics Association enjoys a special relationship with Logistics Europe and its publishers. Amongst other things, Logistics Europe incorporates the official journal of the Association, and is available under special arrangements to ELA’ Member Associations and their members. In its turn, Logistics Europe is a media partner with a number of other organisations in Europe, including IBM.
- Logistics Europe has embarked upon a Value Chain Survey with the cooperation of IBM and the support of ELA.
- Following successful surveys in the United States and France, Logistics Europe will roll out the survey via the web from mid February 2005 to late March 2005by means of a web based questionnaire. Its aim will be to identify best practice by capturing significant trends and operational performance benchmarks in five key areas Supply Chain Planning, New Product Development, Procurement, Customer Order Management, and Logistics and Distribution.
- The outcome will be a comprehensive report, which will be published in abbreviated form in Logistics Europe in June 2005. The report will be available to participants in the survey free of charge: they will also have the benefit of a free trial subscription to the new Logistic Europe web based newsletter.
- This is a valuable opportunity for ELA Members to contribute to an important survey. Full details from your local ELA Member Association or go direct to the Questionnaire website www.logisticsesurveys.co.uk -.
